Read The policies below before booking your hair extension appointment or paying your deposit
Customers who are not willing to have an in person consultation will not be serviced for Hair Extension services or any service that requires a consultation.
If a customer decides to move forward with the services then:
*Hair extensions consultation from are filled out and paperwork is reviewed.
*A deposit is required to book the service.
*The remaining balance is due the day of the service.
Clients are responsible to understand and adhere to the following:
*What the requested Extension Service (s) include
* Shear Elegance Salon does not provide hair at this time, however clients are welcome to bring in the hair of choice.
*We are not responsible for the quality of the hair, we are not responsible for any chemical services done to the hair due to quality.
*There are no refunds-exchange of services only. The hair and service must be the same. We do not provide hair, therefore we do not exchange or replace hair.
*If you do not like the service during the process please advise the stylist immediately. SES has a no refund policy on all services.
We ask that you call us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.
If you are more then 15 min late without contacting us your appointment will be rescheduled we firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. It time is critical to your schedule on a particular day please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment.
In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However you may be considered as a walk-in.
As a courtesy, we send out text messages and e-mails to confirm your appointment a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals missed appointment and the cancellation fee.
(late fee is 50% of service & no call no show

As a Courtesy to other salon guest and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you please make all the necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit, your support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated. However children that are receiving hair services are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are "individually priced" please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please note - Credit for the salon services is not an option.

SES- has a no refund policy!
However if you are dissatisfied with a service you have received we are happy to provide you the opportunity resolve the issues. Within a 24hr after the original service. After seven days of the original service appointment any redo request by the client will be done at normal pricing.
